Do I need to register?

Can I fax the forms to my customer if I wish?
Yes! You can do it 2 ways, by printing the forms and then using a typical fax machine or using your computers fax capabilities. You can also email your contracts.

Can I email the forms to my customer if I wish?
Yes! We allow you to send files online to your customers, this will use email, but is a much superior/easier method than using attachments, exclusive to RAM Web Solutions.

Where are my files stored?
We provide the storage for you, so your saved forms can ALWAYS be accessible from anywhere.

What happens when new forms come out?
We automatically update the forms for you, you don't have to do anything.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to create/edit the forms?
Yes, we are currently working on an offline version of our product so you can create/edit forms whether you are online or offline.

How many forms can I store in your server?
Unlimited, for the time being. We may limit the amount of files you can store in the future.

What if I want to download and save my files?
Brokers and agents may purchase an "Archival CD" with all their stored files in it. Pricing is to be determined.
